As a recently launched startup with limited resources, we created a digital strategy to increase traffic by 350% and obtain daily lead inquires in order to maximize customer acquisition.

Story

Founder’s CPA is a Chicago based startup that provides accounting, tax and book keeping services for hyper-growth startup companies, assisting business founders by taking monetary practice necessities off their daily agenda. As a startup company, it can be difficult to expedite growth with a limited budget and staff members. The goal was to explore and assess digital opportunities that would help generate the most inbound leads for a reasonable cost.

Solution

For startup companies, the correct digital infrastructure can help launch your business into success by managing tasks, automating workflows and even generating new business. Our team explored the accounting industry’s most successful lead generation practices in order to create a solution that would entice prospects and utilize technology to maximize efficiency. Working with current and past founders of startup companies, we gathered insights on the major monetary pain-points to be the center of Founder’s CPA’s content and marketing initiatives. We then setup, integrated and automated the workflow of all cloud platforms to take over the “heavy-lifting” of the company’s technical duties.

Results

Through this new lead generation strategy Founder’s CPA experienced immense growth. Founder’s CPA became the third ranked option on Google for “accounting for start-ups” search results, increased website traffic by 350% and started receiving new inbound leads on a daily basis. As an additional bonus, almost all technical tasks were digitally automated, which allowed staff member to focus on the important tasks the would help grow their successful practice.
