Operating since 1982, the time to innovate company platforms and applications has arrived. AFA has prioritized digital transformation in order to maximize efficiencies, increase employee productivity and reduce overhead costs.

Story

As technology continues to advance, new digital tools become available to take over tasks that once required an employee’s time and effort. Arthur Freedman Associates (AFA), a water treatment consultancy, was looking to overhaul their company’s entire digital infrastructure, with an emphasis on automating their sales, marketing and email subscription efforts. Included in the project scope, AFA wanted to create and launch a campaign strategy for Audit & Inspection Services for corporations.

Solution

To kickoff the transformation we did a deep dive into the AFA organization to discover the needs of each individual stakeholder, as well as the company as a whole. This involved shadowing the practices of the employees in order to brainstorm brilliant ways to innovate the company’s operations. Once the scope and requirements were determined, our team created a companywide digital roadmap of platforms to be setup, integrated, customized and automated. Working hand-in-hand with our client, we were able to customize employee experience towards their desires and execute training through our detailed implementation strategy. As for the launch of the Audit & Inspection Services, we created a campaign that would reach the target audience, measure performance metrics and track leads for the Sales team.

Results

An immediate influx of operational productivity and efficiency flooded all areas of the AFA’s organization. The new digital infrastructure works seamlessly and can be managed by a single platform administrator. Selecting the correct platform services allowed for digital costs to reflect business needs as the company continues to grow. The new Audit & Inspection Services campaign has created opportunity for customer acquisition and on-going retention, ultimately establishing a base for customer loyalty.
